Build better Go-To-Market Campaigns
AutoScheduler needed a compelling way to introduce their Autopilot platform to a broader audience while supporting a high-stakes Go-To-Market strategy across sales, marketing, and trade shows.
The Challenge
AutoScheduler was preparing to launch their new Autopilot scheduling software as part of a high-stakes Go-To-Market campaign. They needed a clear, engaging way to introduce a powerful product without overwhelming potential customers with technical complexity.
It was important to communicate how seamlessly the platform integrates with the warehouse systems customers already rely on, making automation feel approachable and easy to adopt.
AutoScheduler also needed a flexible campaign that could support sales, marketing, social media, trade shows, and other customer touchpoints while delivering a consistent message throughout their product launch.
Working closely with AutoScheduler’s leadership team, Raconteur developed a bold visual concept centered around an AutoScheduler “brain” that could plug directly into a customer’s existing warehouse systems. The concept gave the software a memorable visual identity while reinforcing its seamless integration.
Through color, expressive animation, and clear visual storytelling, the brain’s distinct “moods” made it easy to recognize when the system was processing information, detecting issues, or optimizing warehouse operations, helping simplify an otherwise technical product.
As AutoScheduler’s Go-To-Market strategy evolved, Raconteur adapted the campaign with multiple edits and aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, and square, creating a flexible collection of assets for sales, social media, trade shows, and other marketing channels.
The final piece transformed AutoScheduler’s complex software into a clear and approachable story, making it easier for audiences to understand how the platform works within existing warehouse environments.
By giving the software a recognizable personality through the “brain” concept, the piece helped turn an abstract technology solution into something more engaging, memorable, and easy to connect with.
The completed campaign provided AutoScheduler with a versatile set of marketing assets that could be used across multiple channels, supporting sales conversations, social media, tradeshows, and product awareness efforts.
