3D Animation, Motion Graphics

Peer through a smoky, dark factory as different Festo products whirl about and fly through spacetime surrounded by Festo history.

Festo is an automation company based in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. They design and sell pneumatic and electrical systems for industrial, factory and process automation. Their products include actuators, motors, servos, grippers, controllers and more. Festo is also known for building bionic robots that imitate nature like the BionicFlyingFox, AquaJellies and AirPenguin.

The Challenge

Festo and SMM needed short 3D and motion graphic pieces for their different yearly product campaigns. The animations needed to be realistic, engaging, dynamic and be formatted for various displays, events and shows.

Approach

Raconteur supported SMM and Festo over the past several years with creative material for their trade show screens including 3D animations, motion graphics and assets for interactive displays. This included content for the Festo 50th anniversary in 2022.

Results

Both SMM and the client, Festo, were very pleased with the work. It made a great impression at the various events.
